He is also the Initiator and Owner of Timora-Automated Payroll System in the Philippines, designed to streamline payroll, attendance, and compliance for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
With over 24 years of experience, Mr. Frago has held key positions at globally recognized technology firms, including Teletech, Atos, Accenture, Fuji Xerox, Tyche Consulting, and Globe Telecom. His career has been dedicated to delivering innovative, efficient, and scalable IT solutions that enhance business operations and drive organizational success. His technical expertise spans Microsoft Exchange Server administration, advanced software troubleshooting, and technical design, making him a sought-after expert in the field.
Beyond his leadership in IT, Mr. Frago and his team have successfully developed Timora, an automated cloud-based Payroll System recognized for its efficiency, user-friendly interface, and compliance automation. Ms. Jevelme A. Frago is a visionary leader in digital marketing, business development, and entrepreneurship. She is the Founder and Chairman of JAF Digital Group Inc., a company recognized for helping brands grow through creative, meaningful, and results-driven strategies. She also leads Zentro Media, where her focus is on empowering businesses with innovative marketing solutions rooted in purpose and impact.
Her entrepreneurial journey is one of resilience and determination. Growing up in humble beginnings, she sold eggplants as a child to help support her schooling, an early testament to her grit and sense of responsibility. Later, as a young mother, she entered the digital marketing field as a work-from-home mom, balancing her career and family with perseverance. In 2018, she returned to the corporate world as a Digital Marketing Manager before founding her own company, which now thrives on integrity, innovation, and people-first leadership.
Under her stewardship, JAF has built a strong culture of teamwork and growth, with an ambitious vision of expanding from 20 employees in 2024 to 200 by 2029. Beyond business growth, Ms. Frago is deeply committed to cultivating a family-like workplace, where employees feel supported both professionally and personally.
