With over 24 years of experience, Mr. Frago has held key positions at globally recognized technology firms, including Teletech, Atos, Accenture, Fuji Xerox, Tyche Consulting, and Globe Telecom. His career has been dedicated to delivering innovative, efficient, and scalable IT solutions that enhance business operations and drive organizational success. His technical expertise spans Microsoft Exchange Server administration, advanced software troubleshooting, and technical design, making him a sought-after expert in the field.

Growing up in humble beginnings, she sold eggplants as a child to help support her schooling, an early testament to her grit and sense of responsibility. Later, as a young mother, she entered the digital marketing field as a work-from-home mom, balancing her career and family with perseverance. In 2018, she returned to the corporate world as a Digital Marketing Manager before founding her own company, which now thrives on integrity, innovation, and people-first leadership.

Marian P. Magallanes is an HR Generalist at JAF Digital Group Inc., where since February 2025 she has overseen employee relations, recruitment, labor relations, and legal compliance. Her role centers on aligning HR processes with both regulatory standards and the company’s goal of building a supportive, growth-driven workplace.
Previously, Marian worked as an HR and Operations Supervisor at IPPEI Company, managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to resolving concerns and handling termination while also overseeing field operations. This dual role strengthened her ability to balance people management with organizational needs, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how HR drives culture and performance.
Passionate about creating positive workplaces, Marian views HR as more than compliance; she sees it as being the bridge between employees and management. She is guided by integrity, fairness, and accountability, ensuring that employees feel supported while business objectives remain protected.

She also gained valuable experience at Concentrix Daksh Services Corporation as a Customer Service Representative in tech support, sharpening her communication and problem-solving abilities.

Jan Vince Anthony M. He officially joined the company in 2025 after completing his internship with the company earlier that year. During his college years at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – San Juan Campus, where he graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Information Technology, Vince also took on leadership roles in project-based work, including their capstone project. These experiences sharpened his skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and accountability, preparing him for the professional challenges of IT and design.

Kharwin Jett Tayson is a Graphic Designer Associate at JAF Digital Group Inc., joining the team in 2025 to focus on producing compelling graphics and videos. Before joining JAF, Kharwin honed his craft across multiple roles, including Graphic Designer for Bintiva Amazon and Bespoke Webdesign, as well as Graphic Designer and Video Editor at Christian Bible Church of Hagonoy. These experiences gave him hands-on exposure to branding, digital design, and multimedia production, strengthening his versatility as a creative professional.
Kharwin has also taken on leadership roles in creative projects, especially within his church community, where he led design teams, mentored junior creatives, and collaborated across departments to ensure cohesive campaigns.
